How does that square? France is at the origin of the Paris accords according to which the world is warming dramatically and we are all going to cook so we need to break our economies to fend that off even if, in reality, we can’t do a thing about it. And now they are in trouble because their crops are freezing over. Would that not be the time to reconsider if their past positions were so sensible after all?
