They are a pure feel-good party that can only thrive when people have no real problems to worry about and there is time and money for all kinds of useless blather. Now, people have real problems and as a result, they have little or no patience for blather. They need solutions. Pink unicorns won’t do. So you fall back to what has proven to work. In the end, even the most fluff-headed politicians respond to common sense when the right kind of pressure is applied. This means they always knew how stupid their green bubble is and was. Interesting.
