German joint project confirms LNG boosts transition to clean mobility
LNG is a great replacement for diesel and other liquid fuels. It’s very, very clean, reduces the need for any exhaust treatment to a minimum, its technologically very mature in all parts of the value chain, and it is also very economical to use for anyone. Its really the best deal you can get if the environment is your concern but you need something that works out of the box and does not break the bank. But it’s not easier to handle than diesel. It’s no big deal to handle but it requires care as its a cryo liquid and those have their set of issues to deal with. But so does any energy form – even coal.
