Germany: LIQVIS will start offering bio-LNG at its filling stations in 2022

In this carbon-crazed world, this is a smart choice. Bio-LNG is expensive stuff but then again, anyone who thinks that hydrogen is an option worth pursuing should be deep in love with bio-LNG. It’s carbon-neutral, it’s mature technology without any need to solve fundamental problems, it’s much cheaper than hydrogen and even battery vehicles and it can be done right now. And if ever we found that carbon not really a problem, then we could use it all for regular LNG as well. It’s identical on a molecular basis.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
