Germany Suspends Procedure to Certify Nord Stream 2
Total madness in Germany? We just had a first taste of what this winter is most likely going to be like – not only high prices but people must for the first time seriously take into account the blackout issue. I am not talking about 2-hour interruptions. What we get through the media is to prepare for a full two-week blackout. It’s going to get very cold and very dark for very long and there will still be hell to pay for the moments of light. If this does not spawn a serious public discussion on energy, nothing will.
