Germany’s Nationwide Discontent Will Be Fueled Further By Higher CO2 Tax – Planned For 2024!

The problem becomes especially difficult for Germany when we remember that the country is a net food importer. This means that Germany can’t feed itself. Maybe it could if it really wanted but pissing off farmers won’t help if Germany ever decides to go down this way. And as the world as a whole becomes much more calorie insecure, imports will have a price driving up Germany’s deficit. Add to that the disintegration of the famed German manufacturing sector as virtue-signaling companies and governments have killed or pushed away the best and brightest and this becomes a scenario we prefer not to imagine.
