Global oil demand forecast rises on U.S. and China’s growing economies

Growing economies – yeah right. We like to forget that we are sitting on top of economies that have been pimped by the biggest bout of money printing ever. Such things are nice while they happen but they also have a habit of biting us later. Considering the size of those dollops the resulting crisis will be bigger than anything we have ever seen. All countries will suffer but the US and China will be in a front-row seat when it comes to picking up the tab. Growth? For now but the future holds some pain for us.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
