Governments at COP24 should focus on building a global electricity grid
Subsidies, more subsidies, there must be a donkey shitting gold in them offices. People are on the breaking point and they can and will simply not afford any more white elephants with very doubtful prospects. Life is great when one lives off the money others have to put into the system.
