Guardian to ban advertising from fossil fuel firms
In one of Aesop’s fables, a fox tries to eat grapes but he cannot reach them. Rather than admit defeat he declares then undesirable as they are supposedly too sour. How much fossil fuel advertising has there been in the Guardian lately. Have they just declared those revenues sour grapes? No fossil fuel company should endow any publication that denigrates those same fuels with their cash. Spend it on those that support you if really you want to.
