The concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere is a measly 400 parts per million. Thats a really weak whisp. That, and the fact that water vapor accounts for the overwhelming majority of the Greenhouse effect on Earth just put CO2 onto the sidelines. Look at Mars. Its atmosphere is almost pure CO2 and although it’s a lot thinner than Earth’s and also is much farther away from the Sun, it should be pretty hot if we go by the CO2 theory. In reality, it’s colder than the South Pole. Having a 2500 times stronger CO2 concentration did not help a bit.
