This is more than cool. Just imagine a supply line that’s not needed anymore. We won’t get to a circular economy overnight but it pays to start by step after little step. What happens to the biowaste of this? A little digester would produce biomethane that could then be used to fuel vehicles. The CO2 can be collected to be fed to city farms in order to increase crops and … Oh man, I am just getting started.
Why continue to overfish our oceans, when we could instead harvest fish in our own apartment buildings? This may sound like utopia, but it’s already happening.
