Hydrogen Future Would Triple Energy Bills
If they go for what they call green hydrogen, the triple cost is a massive understatement. More Wind and solar energy alone will achieve that. Throw some batteries for grid storage in and we are way beyond triple and hydrogen on top will bust the cap. Energy poverty is an issue in a country like Austria where most renewable energy comes from massive hydropower plants. In countries like the UK its much worse. People are freezing to death every winter. Those deaths are on the Renewable Industry and their political enablers.
