So much for trusting that China will do what it says it does without forceful prodding. Good luck with any other agreement that anyone has with them. Like Paris. Making all the right noises and no action to back it up.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
