ISRAEL TO SIGN AGREEMENT FOR WORLD’S LONGEST GAS PIPELINE
Lets see how this will go. Israel would be much better using this gas in order to reduce its dependence on oil imports. Gasification of transport would do a lot to achieve this. Why building an expensive pipeline if you can make your own country a much better place? But then again, lets see where this goes. I have seen too many declarations of intent that went nowhere in order to be excited.
Israel plans to sign an agreement with Greece and Cyprus next year for the world’s longest natural gas pipeline, known as the East Med.
