John Kerry : We Must Reduce Farming To Feed The World

John Kerry proves to everyone that he is not the brightest bulb in the gallery. But when we are done laughing at him, we should step back and look at farming today with a magnifying glass. Much farming today is laughably inefficient. Yields per acre are often very low and this is often due to the simplest flaws in farming technique. We don’t need new technology to do much, much better. If we used the best available technology today, we would need a lot less land for farming but we would need to start kicking out political barriers. Those are the hardest to deal with.

White House climate envoy John Kerry says in order to feed a growing population, we have to greatly reduce the amount of farming being done.
