Jordan parliament passes draft law to ban gas imports from Israel
Israel might want to look into one fact – it is not surrounded by stable markets. Jordan needs those gas deliveries like a breath of air and it still decides to take a much worse deal by throwing gas from Israel to the curb. And this might sooner or later be the case for every market Isreal shares a border with. There are two solutions to this. Either produce LNG and go global or use all the gas to make Israel and richer, cleaner and stronger nation. Implementing gas as a vehicle fuel would reduce oil imports, reduce emissions, save money and maybe trigger a new methane-based technology growth sector.
