Any measure that flatly boxes in human nature is bound to fail. Even if we assume that it would be a good thing – which it is absolutely not in this case. Rolling our civilization back into cavemen is not a step in the right direction – its a recipe to destroy the world as humans that must suppress their most natural urges for too long will be dehumanized eventually. Do we really want to live in a society of zombies?

More evidence some climate activists celebrated the lockdown loss of freedom as a step in the right direction.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
