Massive Typhoons Driven By Climate Change Damage Parts Of Asia

So typhoons are something new it seems. How come then that there are hundreds of years old paintings from China and from Japan that show cataclysmic events? Is this purely the vivid imagination of the artist? How about the thousands of years old reports from the same area about events that have wiped whole regions clean? Looks like those typhoons have been with us since before humans started recording their history. But one thing has changed. The amount of stuff we build in the traditional pathways of those superstorms is unprecedented. No wonder there is so much wreckage.
