US drilling was a wild ride for years with all the innovation that constantly hits the industry plus all the market gyrations plus no shortage of craziness in politics. We will see if this one is a good one but drilling in the US is going to become ever more sophisticated which means that US companies are building up know-how that’s pretty much unique in the world. And once the rest of the world figures out the politics behind shale, this will be worth its weight in gold. Best of luck to the newlyweds.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
