Wow, you need MI6 for finding out if China is serious about climate objectives whatever they may turn out to be? I am not a secret agent but I can read and as long as China makes promises while at the same time reinforcing its role as the consumer of more then half the coal on the planet by building out a coal plant park that will last them for another 40 years we have a dud here.
