It’s the economy – stupid. People often go along with a lot of stupid stuff as long as they have a feeling that it does not affect their lives too badly. But if there is a perception that those stupid things are responsible for losing one’s job, people lose their inaction and dullness. They are hurting, they have lots of time on their hands because they are jobless. And they have little to lose. People with little to lose are dangerous to those governing us as they can rapidly swell into movements and movements can bring down governments and even states.

Layoffs at Michigan’s auto plants have become a key issue in the swing state this election, as auto workers are now forced to entrust the future of the industry to either Donald Trump or Kamala…

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
