Middle East Oil and Gas At The Cross-Roads under a Biden Presidency

Conventional oil producers the world over would rejoice over a Biden presidency. Biden would not be able to kill shale but making it more expensive through non-sensical regulation and the sheer uncertainty that he exudes would already put a damper on US oil. Meaning, more money for Middle Eastern producers and this only means one thing. It means more disposable cash to play with and that has rarely been a good thing for the Middle East.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
