More job cuts on the way as German economy struggles to recover

The change and transformation he is talking about is not so much German companies shedding their older parts to develop newer ones. It’s more German companies moving either only their production or their entire operations abroad either into the US as energy is cheaper there or to Asia as there is still a reliability and wage gap to be exploited. So this change means death and destruction for German industries which won’t be replaced by anything sexy and cool and as a consequence, Germans will be much worse off. They have shown what they think of it over the last elections.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
