Thats normal – the mechanical complexity of the sum of those contraptions is staggering. One large nuclear or thermal power plant will replace hundreds of them. A condensed conventional plant has a tiny footprint as compared to them, it does what it does when it’s needed and not when it wants and there are not hundreds of complex, mechanical devices to be maintained over a vast area but only one in one condensed place. Spread out power production is a travesty to everyone who cares about the environment.
