‘My electric car has been soul-destroying – I can’t wait to go back to petrol’

I get many similar stories from people I know who own an EV. Many are unhappy with their vehicles. Austria is quite cold in the winter and ranges drop massively. Here in Austria, the bubble has already burst. If I want to see lots of EVs, I need to go and see the car parks for government officials. They don’t have to pay for it and have a chauffeur who has to take the hassle out of their boss’s urge for virtue signaling. I am now hearing discussions on the validity of the climate scare. That will only heat up.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
