Oh, thats what they call it. Ration household power use at peak times. Let’s call it by its real name – it’s a limited and organized blackout. I have spent more than half a century on this planet and although I have spent more time than most south of the Sahara, most of it was in the warm embrace of a developed country. If someone would have told me 40 years ago that we would have blackouts as a regular feature of our lives, I would have laughed my behind off. No more – looks like 40 years ago we were smarter than we are now. Because people do still remember the better times.
