NATO to Build Center for Pipeline Protection

In the end, you cant protect a pipeline. If it’s a very long one, there will always be plenty of opportunity to put a stick of dynamite onto it and blow it up if it’s not under the soil. All you can do is be quick in repairing them but that said, offshore that will be a lot harder. But then again, it’s also a lot harder to put a dynamite stick to it. Offshore pipelines can only be reasonably attacked by someone with the technological means to do so and the best way is through holding those that do it accountable. We should start with those who blew up North Stream. I heard Sweden knows who did it.

NATO has agreed to establish a center to protect critical undersea infrastructure such as pipelines citing risks of Russian sabotage.
