Well, not really. Yes, it’s pushing some cash toward China now but it also gives the Chinese a feeling that the easy money will come gushing in forever so they don’t feel as much of a need to reform their creaking economic system. China is in a bad place and it gets worse. As Financial Markets start to collapse, even less stuff from China will be needed, and as the only real income source for China is investments and whatever they can sell abroad, this will hurt them. Some players in China still make good money, but the system as a whole is on its last legs.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
