New Biden Climate Policies May Face Strong Legal Headwinds
Courts have become a lot more conservative over the last 4 years and their public esteem has suffered massively over the last 12 months. I have a feeling they might want to recapture some of it by applying restricting judicial creativeness. Even some Democrat politicians can feel the effect of some of the most extreme policies and mid-terms are coming up at a rapid clip. Many policies will get stuck in the quicksand called reality. People won’t take it on their chin forever and politicians are just opportunists.
