And the developed world won’t pay up as it’s essentially broke. Expect others to follow suit. Even in Europe.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
