New York seems to be on a drive to get everyone with some means to lift the local economy out of the city and far away it seems. New York has seen many downturns and it has always recovered. I have a feeling that this time it’s different. Let this be a potent example of what virtue signaling does to a city or a region.

Report: New York City’s Cost to Electrify Would Be More Than $25,000 Per Home

Consumer Energy Alliance’s latest report has calculated a $25,600 price tag per New York City household if the city continues to follow short sighted goals of banning natural gas use in buildings.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
