NGVA Europe: LNG-powered trucks do reduce emissions
If you use BioMethane from a landfill, you actually go carbon negative. Because the methane from the landfill would have seeped into the atmosphere and done what it is supposed to do. But if you capture it, use it as fuel you reduce methane emissions and produce climate-neutral carbon. At least thats the case if we applied the logic of the climate folks. Will they see the point?
