Nigeria Is Running Out of Places to Put its LNG Production
Nigeria has a chronic shortage of liquid fuels. Whoever has already enjoyed one of the very frequent queues for gasoline and diesel does not need explanation. It would make a lot of economic sense for Nigerians who import refined fuels and pay a pretty penny for it to use some of their natively produced LNG and use it as fuel for electricity generation. Putting gas gensets in place would not be very hard. And it would also clean up the atrocious air in Lagos and Abuja. Anyone?
