But if this study made an impact and then the world finds out that it does not have enough of it, it will need fast solutions. What’s faster than conventional oil&gas? Yes, shale is much faster. Shale does in months what conventional often does in many years. When prices rise enough, shale drillers can squeeze the lemon far harder for quicker so the authors of this study have poured some virtual water on the wheel of shale.
