Nord Stream 2 Pipeline On Track Despite Sanction Risk, Operator Says
What does “on track” mean? I have seen presentations quite a while ago that said NS2 should be operational by now. I guess that “on track” has quietly been ditched and a new “on track” has been designed every time this was necessary. It’s not on track for a long time now. It may happen (I am still not convinced of that) but it certainly is off the original track and that’s what really counts.
