Nord Stream 2 Will Double German Gas Imports From Russia

NS2 will not only bring a lot more gas to Europe. It will also provide great backup for LNG as North-Western Europe will (must) grow into its role as the overspill protection for the LNG world. If the world does have too much LNG, it will swallow the overspill. If its lacking LNG, NWE may give up some LNG – for a price. NS2 reinforces the backup. It’s good for LNG.
