This is the kind of information that normal people would need to be taught – even in school. But would it make a difference? A homeowner will most likely understand the numbers involved. An investment of EUR 25.000.- won’t be recaptured with any energy savings. But many voters don’t possess anything and they have a hard time with figures as they live day by day. It’s those people that provide majorities and we need to find a way to make them understand that the money that goes into those homes won’t be available for whatever is dear to them.
