Norway Parties Brace for Oil Showdown
It’s easy for a politician or even a party to take the perceived moral high ground when it costs nothing. But when there is a price to pay, they have a much harder time. Because the price they pay when they show the people that because of their posturing the people are hurting, is losing the next election and with it their cushy, tax-üpayer funded jobs. People will take the on faith as long as it’s free. You better have something solid in your armory when it’s not free anymore. Or you cut and run. Thats what some do now.
