Obama Judge Throws Out GOM Lease Sale
Judicial independence is problematic but not having judicial independence is even more problematic. Thats what SCOTUS is here for – to unify jurisprudence that completely runs apart and rein in creative judges. Also, a case before SCOTUS would be a very good opportunity to pick apart some activist practices that have taken hold. If the Justices will take it up this way is another matter. But the entire Climate Change narrative gets a much-needed reality check lately and this is overdue. Also, it shows Biden’s hypocrisy as it’s clear that his administration wanted to lose the case.
