Oil-based marine fuel demand to drop as ships cut emissions

I love those projections – they are telling us what the demand for bunker fuels will be in 2040 sector by sector when they can not predict 6 months out. Has anyone ever grabbed one made in 2000 bout demand in 2020? Just take a peek – of course, the agencies want to make them disappear as soon as they can. I don’t have a number to peddle but I don’t expect major wizardry until 2040 which means that some limitations imposed by physics will still haunt us and that makes hydrocarbons a must. As soon as we are through the current crisis demand will grow again.
