This is what happens when you substitute real data with models and assumptions. Because thats what we do all the time no – putting in a model and call it science when it’s more akin to casino gambling. Any model is only as good as its data going in is and if there is only assumptions, the result won’t be great. When New Horizons flew past Pluto in 2015, the world discovered that Pluto was very different from the world the models predicted. Models are opinions – nothing close to data. I would argue that all models and their underlying data should come with obligatory disclaimers like you get them with prescription drugs. “There is no scientific evidence that those models’ results will actually be borne out in reality. Please consult with professionals before you ingest.”
