OPEC Aims to Prop Up Oil Prices

I am sure shale drillers break out the bubbly in celebration. OPEC sure does them a biggie for pumping less oil. The old fox Al Naimi had the right strategy when he flooded the market with oil. He was sure that shale driller would not be able to take it forever. That was a better strategy than the headless chicken strategy they have now.

Even if all OPEC members and Russia were to comply 100 percent, global oil inventories could still rise by 700,000 b/d in 1Q 2020.
