OPEC+ oil production surges as Kazakhstan ignores, exceeds quota

There has always been cheating in OPEC and, of course, in its inflated version, OPEC+. The smaller the member, the bigger the incentive, as small volume increases might go unnoticed. Of course, those increases have always been noticed, but the bigger members and especially Saudi Arabia always looked away. But now cheating on the quotas will take a new dimension as export countries are infected by the economic malaise of the developed world. Globalism is on the way out, economies will shrink, trade will shrink, and import of energy will go down as well, which brings prices down, putting national budgets in danger. They need more cash. And they need it quickly.
