Paris Is Burning Over Climate Change Taxes — Is America Next?
This will spread – into Europe and potentially beyond. People are just fed up with having to pay through the nose and at the same time being told that their tax cash went to nothing as things are supposed to get even worse. They pay green taxes and get through the news that the planet will go to the dumper. Why paying then? There is a limit on what can be put on the shoulders of an electorate and we start to see this limit.
The City of Lights, Paris, has been illuminated in recent days by cars set alight by thousands of protesting “Yellow Vests”—largely middle class people who earn their living by driving or who commute to get to work.
