Oil production is “poised to plummet”? Really? At the level oil production is today in Venezuela hey are already one of the minnows in OPEC. Considering what they have lost already love the last couple of years, the rest is just one final little ploff. Hardly anyone is going to notice. This was once one of the wealthiest countries of the planet. The Switzerland of South America. The blessings of socialism at work.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
