The best thing about US shale is that privately-owned subsoil resources have a far better chance for their owners and operators to squeeze out the last iota of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit they can muster while in other nations, huge bureaucracies tend to be shellshocked and not move until the storm has moved over. Thats why my money will always be on the entrepreneurs even when their hand is not the greatest for a while. Entrepreneurs tackle problems and when they do so they will fail often.
