Everyone with a mobile phone knows that batteries degrade. City busses are made for specific routes and as the battery on such a bus is the most expensive piece of gear, you tailor it to your specifications with some slim margin on top. That said, when your battery takes a 20% hit on the capacity you cant use the bus anymore. It’s not like your personal car where you just use better range management. If your bus can’t terminate one tour, it’s useless junk.
