POTUS, Don’t Make This Energy Crisis Worse

Fundamental decisions that affect everyone deeply and change lives to the core should be subject to special majority rules and should not be at the whim of the executive. It’s a major flaw of most so-called democracies that we have relegated most decision-making away from the people and into the hands of an elite that abuses this power copiously. Voters should not fear their leaders, the leaders should fear the voters. But can we relegate politicians down from the superstar status they enjoy now to the status of regular citizens? It’s an important issue we must face.
