Britain is going into elections and the most colorful bird in the race is back. I don’t know where the Reform Party stands on climate but people are so badly disillusioned that they might not give two damns and vote for anyone who promises to change the status quo. They expected this change to come from Boris but had the letdown of the century. Voting for a Boris who would shake up the establishment to get a Rishi Sunak who is the establishment must hurt bad. This election will be interesting. If reform does not make it, Britain is lost.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
