Can you smell the fear? I can smell their anguish from a mile away. Every time something becomes a total trainwreck, those who have sunk their green into one of those Ponzi schemes start to shout for public money. Sure, public money does not have any due diligence attached to it. Not that private finance was too nosy on the green bubble in the past but them turning their smell detectors on the green Ponzis says quite a lot. This is not quite the end yet but the best part of party time is over by a long shot.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
